ANGL part 3

       A boy in green shirt with a bow slung over his shoulders walks down the street of Vale, a city he has known well for most of his life since it was where the refuge he called home was located. Unfortunately this home of his was not one where his family lived due to the fact that his family had been taken from him at a young age by a pack of Beowolves, an incident which resulted in him having much anger for that species.

       As he continued his walk home he noticed something quite unusual to him. A boy wearing a large black trench coat with a black shirt under it who was carrying what appeared to be a large gun on his back was pretty much being dragged along down the street by a younger or at least more petite girl in a dress. He recognized the boy as someone he heard of who lived near the docks of Vale but had never met personally before, the girl on the other hand he had no idea who she was so he decided to move on after a few minutes of laughing at the comedic scene, after all he had a very important meeting to keep today.

       Walking into the Faunus shelter he called home he was greeted by his best friend, Murray, a male only a few years older than him with white cat ears on the top of his head. “Hey there Greg, running a little late today?” Murray spoke while walking over to grab a backpack off the floor seeing this made Greg a bit confused. Not only to his friend’s words but as to why he had a backpack ready as though he was leaving “umm, are you going somewhere Murray?” he decided to ask which resulted in a quick chuckle from Murray who then tossed the bag to Greg “nope, it’s just a little going away gift from some of us here, a few snacks and some other odds and ends. Have fun and take care” the two shook hands Greg smiling at the amount that his friends/neighbors supported him in what he was doing. After a few minutes Greg grabbed the other bag, which he packed for himself and headed out the door

       After a quick walk he soon found himself at an impressive looking airship that was taking students to Beacon, he set his bag down to look around the area though it took a few minutes to get around because of all the students standing around outside of it, including the girl who was dragging the boy in the black trench coat from before. Greg then managed to finish up getting a look around the area and returned to his bag only to notice something rather unusual. His bag was wide open and sitting next to it was this girl who was wearing a really odd white Beret on her head but the thing that made him respond quickly was the fact that she was eating food he had packed for himself.

       He then immediately rushed over to confront her, a bit angry “what are you doing?” he asked while the girl continued eating and speaking between bites “eating? What’s it look like?” to which Greg just face palmed “I meant, what are you doing eating my food!?” this statement seemed to amuse the girl as she quickly finished the sandwich before smirking “well, you left food unattended and I was hungry, hence it’s my food now. Speaking of which, got any more?” as she started looking through Greg’s bag to which he was not happy about and snatched the bag away from her.

       “No, now stay away from my stuff, whoever you are” the girl didn’t seem too bothered and just shrugged “whatever, and the name is Lenore just so you know Greg.” This caused him to raise an eyebrow in confusion “how did you know my name?” which caused Lenore to laugh a bit “it’s written on the inside of your bag”

        After this Greg was about to ask Lenore where she lived before but a few of the students started getting on the airship so before he could ask Lenore she quickly stood up “oh, it’s time to go. Later Greg, Thanks for the food” and then she ran towards the ship to try and be one of the first ones board it.

        Greg sighed as he picked up his bag, looking in and noticed that she indeed cleaned out all the food he had in there. Beacon was going to be an interesting time to say the least but he was hopeful that everyone wouldn’t be as odd as that Lenore girl he had just met today.
